“HIGH TIDE” clearly communicates the value of “THE RESORT” as a brand by redefining the approach to fine dining with a fresh, contemporary and flexible ambience.
The restaurant is to service approximately 92 covers, which are planned in such a way that they create different areas within the space in order to provide alternative experiences for the guests. It has a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. The area is linked directly with the lobby space, both clad with bamboo & cane finish, creating a welcoming light, airy and tranquil place to relax in, away from the heat of the day.
Resort has a buffet everyday priced at Rs.795/- (INR) per person which includes a salad bar with 2 soups, 4 non-vegetarian dishes & 8 vegetarian dishes with 4-5 choice of desserts.
The restaurant serves multi cuisine food & specializes in Gujrati food taken care by our Specialty Chef with candle lit tables for dinner & of course live soft music.
On Sunday’s at The Resort we have a special Sunday Beer Brunch which is Rs.995 (INR) per person inclusive avail of the taxes, where in a guest can also use the swimming pool facilities & a gala buffet with live counters & wide variety of choice.
Timings: - Lunch (12:30 pm – 3:00 pm) & Dinner (7:30 pm-11.30 pm)

“Upper Deck” the bar at “The Resort” is located at the main lobby level which started way back in 1996 after the renovation of the entire hotel.

It has a seating capacity of 32
with a View of the Arabian Sea & soft music
played which carries till 11 p.m. in the night. All
kinds of wines, spirits & Cigars including the
upcoming ones are served as we cater to different
clients including foreign nationals. Choice of
drinks & special cocktails of the day made by our
bartender with special promotions & happy hours are
always there from time to time.
To name a few of our special cocktails one is “Sea Breeze”, which is a mix of Tequila, apricot brandy & coconut cream & “Deep Sea Diving” which is a mix of Bacardi Limon, lemonade & Crème de Menthe. Varied choice of Wines from across the world is also available.
